Service engagements
Advertising strategy, production and management are scoped services rather than off-the-shelf digital goods. Cancellation, rescheduling, kill fees and refunds are defined in the signed proposal for each engagement.
Media and third-party costs
Media spend, talent, production, travel, software and other third-party commitments may be non-refundable once authorised or incurred. The applicable written agreement controls.
